Dalam suatu kejuaraan Bola Basket banyak sekali petugas yang berkepentingan untuk menyukseskan jalannya suatu pertandingan. Antara lain :
1. Umpire
2. Petugas meja pertandingan yang terdiri dari :
    a. IP
    b. Timer
    c. Timer 8 detik / 24 detik
    d. Pencatat score ( score sheet )

FUTSAL LEAGUE RULES

To ensure the succes of the Tri-State Futsal League, all coaches, players, teams and parents should read the below description of the modifications to the US Futsal Laws and the reminder of those rules which are typcially not followed during play.

Tri-State Futsal League Modifications to US Futsal Laws

1)  A running clock will be in effect for all games.  NO added time will be allotted except for Penalty Kicks from either spot!

2) There will be a two (2) minute half time – teams are to switch benches at halftime.

3) There will be NO timeouts (due to the tight game schedule). 4) We will not be playing advantage as it is a non-contact game. 5)  Defensive walls for kick-ins will be 2 meters from the ball; not 5 meters. All other free kicks require a wall no less then 5 meters away from the ball. 6) Kick off is considered an INDIRECT kick and requires a pass to another player. THERE WILL BE NO SHOTS TAKEN FROM THE KICK OFF. An INDIRECT free kick for the opposing team will result. 7) NO shootouts in the event of a tie. 8) For a goal clearance, the ball must FIRST hit either the floor or another player in the defensive half of the court.  Failure to do so will result in an indirect kick for the other team at mid court. 9) YELLOW CARD to PLAYER or COACH - the team will sit either the player receiving the card or remove a player from the field for the coaches infraction for one (1) minute – their team will play down one (1) man until the minute expires or they are scored upon PRIOR to the expiration of the one (1) minute penalty. 10) RED CARD to PLAYER or COACH – person receiving card must leave the bench and the team will play down one (1) man for two (2) minutes regardless if a goal is scored upon them during that two (2) minute penalty period. 11) All kick-ins from the touch line are INDIRECT.

US Futsal Laws of the Game – “Important Reminders”

1. Futsal is a NON Contact sport and as always the referee’s judgment will apply.
2. Subs are on the fly; substituted players MUST first be off the court BEFORE ANY sub can enter the court to play.  All substitutions are made through the two substitution lines in front of the bench. This includes players coming off and into the game. Failure to do so will result in a yellow card. Goalies can be replaced only when the ball is out of play and by notifying the referee prior to the change.
